1) Shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were in dispensor bottles in shower, (instead of small bottles) 2) Television has streamed services which can be accessed anonymously and/or via login (allows pausing of viewed programs or repeat of scenes)

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The decor was updated and the facility was clean. I saw security walking and checking around the pool and lobby, often.

I enjoyed just about everything. Right away I was impressed with the customer service with the help of Evan and Emily at the front desk. Any questions I had they would answer right away and go about it in a very courteous manner. You always feel welcomed. The rooms are very pleasant with comfy beds, modern furniture, bathroom with tile and granite, hot shower/bathtub. The indoor pool was open as well as the whirlpool and was very enjoyable.

Stayed here to attend a wedding at the near by country club. Was very surprised to find out that they had a shuttle van to take those, that wanted it, to the venue and pick us back up. This was a great service, especially since the wedding was during the evening and I could enjoy a cocktail or 2 without worrying about driving back.

The lobby, cafe and sitting areas were very nice, and I liked that we were able to get food to order. Though the bed in our room was broken, we were quickly given another room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

The bistro was great, the girls who ran it were super. Thankfully, because the front desk didn't handle our breakfast credits properly so it took two days (& extra money) to figure it out.

loooooooooooved it!!!! so clean, the bed was comfy and the jacuzzi was so nice. everyone there was so nice and helpful. i paid for a room with breakfast included and the next morning for breakfast, the bistro was closed. we asked the front desk if we missed breakfast or something and they said they ran out but we could go to breakfast anywhere and have a $25 limit but if we go over it the limit or not, they will have that amount taken off the bill for the hotel. very helpful.

The location was great close to Twin Rivers casino, Roger Williams Park Zoo and a great Italian restaurant called Pizzeria Romano will stay here again.
